Commercial Description:
Select wheat joins with American Hops under the careful eye of the master brewer. The result is an entirely drinkable wheat beer, refreshing, rewarding and proper for any occasion. At your whim, add a thin sliver of lemon or not. Follow by quaffing your fill.

When we set about brewing our wheat beer, we strictly limited ourselves to one specific idea: to make an exceptionally drinkable wheat beer. Without the distractions of extravagant brewing techniques and exotic ingredients, the result is a truly honest American Hefeweizen appropriate for any occasion. Proper.

Had a 2 ounce glass of this draft as part of a 6 beer sampler at the brewery. Honey-golden in color, with thin white head that diminished quickly, and no lacing. Had a pleasant wheat aroma, with a hint of citrus, mostly orange and lemon. Citrus did not come through on the taste, which was mostly wheat. Finsih was dry and wheaty, but all and all, this was not a bad wheat beer.

Bottle. Cloudy slightly dark yellow with a small white head. Citrus aroma. Slightly tangy and has a very nice crisp finish.

Bottle... Hazy, yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. Beefy, yeasty nose with light citrus. The flavor is malty, but decently balanced... tangy and beefy as well. Medium-bodied and creamy with lively carbonation. Finishes crisp and clean. Much better than expected... not one of my favorite styles. Solid American wheat.

Yellowish orange with very little wheat aroma. They succeeded in making this a "drinkable" wheat beer, by removing all of the wheat flavors. It’s an average pale ale with a lemon wedge.

12oz bottle. Hazy golden orange hue. White slight lacing head. Grainy, bready, yeasty aroma. Citrus and slight banana. Medium with a dash of orange. Meh?

bottle-cloudy/hazy light orange with a soapy white head. somewhat watery looking by the way the liquid sits in the glass. banana, lightly toasted grains on the nose. mostly banana. flavors are grainy, lightly citric and with some sourness. body is light and crisp, actually not really that bad. would be a great lawnmower/party/session beer.

Oh god. Near awful. Sour with notes of corriander and paper. Chalky yeastiness and little bright wheat to be found.

Quite wheaty and citrusy for an American Wheat. Very cloudy and somewhat yeasty. Pretty respectable, especially since it’s from a US brewer not known for such styles.
