Draft at the brewpub in October 2007. An unclear dark golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with a light citrusy note mingling. The flavor is sweet wheaty again combined with a light citrusy note, leading to a dry finish.

&#40;draft&#41; Cloudy golden body with white head. Aroma is mild, medium sweet. Taste is medium sweet, lemon, light wheat. Light body, some crispness.

Almost no head. The body is hazy golden. Limited aromatics, almost no ester come from that dull yeastiness. Just limited flavors from start to finish, the wheat brings the only hint at excitent through its cracker nature, but lemon juice is not what were wishing for in a weizen. Light bodied, biting carbonation. Yawn.

12oz bottle. Poured a slightly hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of wheat and lemons. Tastes of wheat and lemons, with a very light tart finish. Thin body.
