Commercial Description:
Rich, round and roasted, our Oatmeal Stout is satisfaction in a glass. It's a bold, smooth-bodied concoction that oozes dark-roasted coffee aromas and flavors of espresso and semi-sweet chocolate. We round out these heady pleasures with a dose of flaked oatmeal for a creamy body and a semi-dry finish. Unforgettable.

Dark black pour with very little head. Looks like a glass of coke. Sweet malty aroma. Sweet stout like taste with a bitter finish. A little thin on the body. Good but nothing special. A nice smooth easy to drink stout.

Very dark brown with light brown head that disappeared relatively quickly. Carbonation going away towards the end. Dark coffee roast, malts, and bitterness but muted. Semi sweet and smooth, medium body, good on the pallet. Bit of a dry finish some bitter aftertaste. Nice winter warmer and I really like the graphics on the bottle!

Dark reddish brown with not much of a head. Aroma of dark grains, milk and chocolate and metallic notes. Theres a sharp roast bitterness and creamy medium-full bodied mouthfeel. Good, but a bit rough.

Aroma of oats, chocolate, and roasted malt. Taste however was a bit more watered down with a light body. I’ve had better oatmeal stouts and wouldn’t suggest this one over most others. Probably wouldn’t buy again.

Pours a rich, appetizing sable-brown with a thick tan head that persists for a bit. Aroma is very inviting, smoky and stouty with a hint of molasses. Texture is not as rich as I expected, but the flavor is delicious and smoky with hints of coffee and brown sugar, and a nice bitter hoppy nip in the finish. I am fond of oatmeal stouts, and if this is not the best one I have ever tried it is still a winner.
