Commercial Description:
Rich, round and roasted, our Oatmeal Stout is satisfaction in a glass. It's a bold, smooth-bodied concoction that oozes dark-roasted coffee aromas and flavors of espresso and semi-sweet chocolate. We round out these heady pleasures with a dose of flaked oatmeal for a creamy body and a semi-dry finish. Unforgettable.

Looks pretty good. Taste is okay, but is actually a little bit sour. Not too thick or thin, just a little disappointing.

Sweet malty metallic aroma. Dark brown with light brown diminishing head. Coffee malt flavor. Light and somewhat accented by bitter yeastlike flavor. Light palate with good carbonation. Ok stout.

Pours a russett brown masquerading as black with a khaki head with good retention. The aroma has rich cocoa and a bit of coffee. The flavor is full, although the body is a little on the thin side.

Smooth chocolate/coffee flavor. Very mild with a little bitterness. A higher alcohol content would have bettered this one imo.
