Commercial Description:
Desire coupled with curiosity can drive you to do many foolish things. Fortunately, opening a bottle of our Pandora’s Bock is not one of them. Once it is released, a wealth of flavor and complexity will spill out into the world. With a traditional bock flavor profile and a hint of hoppy goodness, there’s a reason it’s spoken about in mythical terms.

Sampled at the Impromptu Butter’s 6th cellar clearance. Clear red with small tan head. Aroma has some raspberry tartness verging on sourness or vinegar. Flavor is caramel malty but again verging on sour. Plastic. Sickly sweet. Showing signs of infection, but still drinkable

Pours an off-white head with a copper color body. Smells of grass and sour. Tastes the same with some fruity, roasty, and vegetal notes. Finish has a nice refreshing sourness.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a copper color with a large, foamy clingy, tan head that slowly fades. Taste is of caramel, pine, malt, hops, fruit, grapefruit and alcohol. Similar aroma. Rather sweet. Pretty good when it is warm. Easy to drink, refreshing and overall enjoyable.
