Commercial Description:
Desire coupled with curiosity can drive you to do many foolish things. Fortunately, opening a bottle of our Pandora’s Bock is not one of them. Once it is released, a wealth of flavor and complexity will spill out into the world. With a traditional bock flavor profile and a hint of hoppy goodness, there’s a reason it’s spoken about in mythical terms.

Bottle. Pours a medium brown with a one finger tan head. Aromas are grainy with a little bit of leather and fruit. Flavor is sweet and dark malt with a bit of a plum like fruitiness that is pretty good. I’m not picking up much tartness. Finish is brown sugar sweetness.

crystal clear dark copper color with a very short lived white head. the nose is quite fruity... raisins mostly along with caramel maltiness, bubble gum and a touch of butter. (though not flawed) there is not much to define in the flavor... fruity, malty sweet, a hint of yeast (especially in the aftertaste) and a slightly spicy finish. light bodied, prickly and easy to drink. it’s safe. i’m indifferent... 5/3/5/3/12/2.8

Clever name. A mahogany beer with a nice one finger tan head. The aroma is malty with dark, but unripe, fruit and fig. Flavor is rye, spice, vanilla, sugar, toffee, and earthiness. A deep and long lasting bitter aftertaste. An interesting but not really enjoyable flavor.

12 oz bottle purchased from Greenwood Spirits Shoppe in Bowling Green. Poured a clear, deep amber color with a one finger tan head that disappeared and left chunks floating on top of the beer. The aroma was grainy, with a hint of earth and roasted malt. The flavor was solid. Toasted caramel malt base, with an earthy finish. This was a drinkable brew.

12oz bottle into a pint glass. Pours ruby with a nice big head. The aroma is slightly sour with dashes of malt and metal. The flavor is notably sour and slightly rotten tasting with a dash of malt and alcohol. The palate is creamy but still high carbonation.

Brown color. Clear. Small head. Sweet caramel and toffee aroma. Sweet malty caramel flavor. Some dates and toffee as well. It’s alright.

Color is a bright amber with very good carbonation and a thin head. Aroma is sweet and malty. Taste is smooth and malty. Starting with a medium body it goes down with a smooth feel. Finish comes in with a sweet lightly roasted malt flavor then a touch of hop citrus and only a faint bitterness. After taste has a slight sour twang as the malt sweetness fades. Overall its a nice easy drinking brew, with mild but good flavors, I just wish it was a little bolder

Ruby color with a small head. Caramel malt aroma. Flavor of wheat, bread and a little carmel.
