Commercial Description:
Desire coupled with curiosity can drive you to do many foolish things. Fortunately, opening a bottle of our Pandora’s Bock is not one of them. Once it is released, a wealth of flavor and complexity will spill out into the world. With a traditional bock flavor profile and a hint of hoppy goodness, there’s a reason it’s spoken about in mythical terms.

Very thin and wattery. Not much malt flavor to it. Leaves your mouth with a slight bitter feel from the hops. Very nice dark amber hue, with a small amount of head. Aroma is very plain and tells little about the beer.

Pours a caramel color with a small off white head. Aroma is caramel, malt, fruits and grain. Flavor is dark malts, fruits, bread, nuts, caramel. Easy to drink, but doesn’t really stand out much. Decent bock.

Awesome name, cool label, mediocre/lousy Bock. I found this very similar to Genesee Bock in most regards, but I would expect more from a "craft" brewery. Very faint malt nose, bread and sugary sweetness. Cola colored body, thin wispy head and solid lacing. Medium bodied, fizzy and easy going. No aftertaste to speak of and it finishes with an odd emptiness. Bland taste that contains a hint of sweet malt familiar with a standard bock profile. The flavor is underdeveloped and empty. Bad bock

Pours a copper color with a tan head. Aroma is of toasted and caramel malts, dark fruits, and brown sugar. Flavors are not as strong as I was hoping. Toasted and caramel malts dominate with a hint of brown sugar. Very little lingering flavor.

This is really a good-looking beer; it is too bad the beer doesn’t deliver on that good start with a pleasant drinking experience. I got a lot of mercaptan out of this beer, which tastes like compost or rotting vegetables, and that’s not what I’m looking for in a beer. Appearance was a rich red brass color with nice head. The appearance had me primed for a good beer experience, which was sadly not to be. Aroma was a bit sour with lots of mercaptan, which I find a bit revolting. I also got some caramel malt and diacetyl in the aroma. Flavor was distinctly metallic, although I really found it difficult to get over that rotting vegetable smell. Mouthfeel was a bit thin. I was not impressed by this beer, and I would recommend you choose something else. I bought this bottle at 3 Cellars in Franklin, WI.

pours dark amber with a medium tan head. Aroma is toasted malt, very light woody hop and a hint of alc. Body is very light and watery and the taste is pretty thin. Light maltiness, some fruit tones. An earthy and tea-like bitterness in the finish.

Happy that I didn’t buy a six pack of this beer. Little to no head with this one. Translucent and fairly dark brown. Fairly malty aroma. A strange toffee aroma as well. Dare I say I am smelling something sweet coming from this beer. Not a muted beer in terms of aroma, but fairly pungent. Weird taste. Almost a short lived malty sort of sweet flavor. This one is hard to describe. I haen’t tried a beer like this ever before, in terms of taste. I am having such a hard time nailing down what I am actually tasting. Not a bad palate; the beer is smooth on the tongue. Overall, malty beer with a lot of malt flavor and aroma, but nothing that I would want to try again.
