Commercial Description:
Desire coupled with curiosity can drive you to do many foolish things. Fortunately, opening a bottle of our Pandora’s Bock is not one of them. Once it is released, a wealth of flavor and complexity will spill out into the world. With a traditional bock flavor profile and a hint of hoppy goodness, there’s a reason it’s spoken about in mythical terms.

12oz bottle 5/3/09 (Courtesy of RSRIZZO)-Pours an amber body with a small tan head for a covering. Aroma of malt, caramel, and sweetness. Taste of the same with a bit of sourness and hops in the middle. This medium bodied brew is not bad nor good and I think I was expecting more from Breckenridge.

Nice label, and it’s not like the one pictured here. Nice brownish pour that appears viscous at times. Has some gunk on the bottom that yeilds a swirling hypnotizing effect in the glass. Very mild candy aroma. Initial weird grapefruit flavor without any bitterness or sweetness on the first slug. Some noticable alky in the background. Decent carbonation all round even tho there was no head. Finish is not over whelming yet it does have some ale attributes.

crystal clear dark copper color with a very short lived white head. the nose is quite fruity... raisins mostly along with caramel maltiness, bubble gum and a touch of butter. (though not flawed) there is not much to define in the flavor... fruity, malty sweet, a hint of yeast (especially in the aftertaste) and a slightly spicy finish. light bodied, prickly and easy to drink. it’s safe. i’m indifferent... 5/3/5/3/12/2.8

Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a 2 finger dense beige head that leaves decent lacing. The nose is sweet caramel malt and light fruit. The taste is caramel, toasted nuts, fruit and earthy hops in the finish. Medium bodied. An OK Bock.

Pours a caramel color with a small off white head. Aroma is caramel, malt, fruits and grain. Flavor is dark malts, fruits, bread, nuts, caramel. Easy to drink, but doesn’t really stand out much. Decent bock.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a red-orange color with a small fizzy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, caramel malts, molasses, and fruits. Flavor is caramel malts, fruits, and citrus hops. Mouthfeel is somewhat dry, bitter, medium bodied. Decent and drinkable beer, but not a bock.

Courtesy MrBunn. Pours reddish brown, decent head. Smells of apple cider. A little thin in the mouth, but not bad. A little sweet in the finish. Not bad.

Pours a reddish brown with a medium tan head. Nose is cardboard and malt. It's very odd and hard to place but I am picking up some sort of toffee or caramel also. The tongue is very thin and almost tasteless. Some light malt, and sweetness seem to make up the bulk fo this one. There isn't much to it at all. This would be a good session beer were it not for the 7.2% abv, which is not discernable either. Decent but nothing to rave about.
