Commercial Description:
Desire coupled with curiosity can drive you to do many foolish things. Fortunately, opening a bottle of our Pandora’s Bock is not one of them. Once it is released, a wealth of flavor and complexity will spill out into the world. With a traditional bock flavor profile and a hint of hoppy goodness, there’s a reason it’s spoken about in mythical terms.

Bottled. Poured slightly hazy cherried-amber with a short cap of off-white head (more prolific around the edges). The aroma picked up toasted caramel and darker fruits with a dry, woodsy impression.. came across as decent but nothing special. The flavor picked up sweeter caramel and fruits with lesser brown sugar at the core.. earthy bitterness and a touch of prickly alcohol surrounded.. finished strong and bitter. Medium-bodied and slick on the palate with some tackiness on the back.. quite dry. This was decent, but I wouldn’t care for another.

Bottled. Beer is clear, medium-dark mahogany brown with a small, frothy/creamy, white, mostly diminishing that dwindles into a skim.
The aroma is malty with moderate notes of caramel, shortbread, light note of toasted bread; Hoppy with traces of lemon, pine; Yeasty with traces of sharp cheese, half-baked bread; Light miscellaneous notes of honey, peach, muted tropical fruit.
The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter with a long, moderately bitter, lightly sweet and acidic finish. Lingering grippy tingle.
The body is medium, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.
Would like her leaner and cleaner.

Pours a copper color with a tan head. Aroma is of toasted and caramel malts, dark fruits, and brown sugar. Flavors are not as strong as I was hoping. Toasted and caramel malts dominate with a hint of brown sugar. Very little lingering flavor.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a copper color with a large, foamy clingy, tan head that slowly fades. Taste is of caramel, pine, malt, hops, fruit, grapefruit and alcohol. Similar aroma. Rather sweet. Pretty good when it is warm. Easy to drink, refreshing and overall enjoyable.

Pours an amber color with a small tan head. Flavor is very sweet with malts, a small hop profile, and an ending profile that is dominated by a sweet lemon taste. There is a large yeast flavor and it is medium bodied
