| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 26, 2009 Given the stated goal to be the perfect ale for summertime quaffing and nothing more I would say they had some success. This beer has drinkability, and little flavor. You could quaff pint after pint of this with more flavor than you would be with BMC. Block (369), West Lafayette, Indiana, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 15, 2009 Hazy yellow pour. Aroma of citrus and grass. Somewhat bland but it does have a citrus wheaty character. Narnad (696), Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Sep 13, 2009 Pours a cloudy, yellow color with a small white head that quickly fades. Aroma is a very full wheat nose with a light toasted note and some light lemon notes. Flavor starts off with a wheat presence that fades to a watery light toasted note that carries for a bit. At the very end of the flavor, a very sweet lemon note comes out that I wish was present through the whole tasting. Density for a wheat beer is average with a very high carbonation rate to back it up. Overall the beer has a slightly watery palate and flavor that detracts from the overall pleasantness but just an okay brew from a normally fantastic brewery. GardenGabe (129), Denver, Colorado, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 2, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours a crystal clear, pale orange-golden body with a finger-width, fizzy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is a doughy wheat, a light grass, and a light lemon zest. Flavor is pale malts with a light wheat taste, a light grassy bitterness, a hint of sour lemon, and some honey. Finishes crisp and dry with a pale malty, honey, light bitter aftertaste that lasts for a moderate duration. Light to medium bodied and smooth with a crisp carbonation. Overall, a fairly simple summer ale. Hard to complain when they say this is "the perfect ale for summertime quaffing, nothing more." That statement pretty much sums it up. travita (1921), Frisco, Texas, USA
