Taste is vanilla extract up front, followed by just a touch of sourness. Finish is very pronounced with tons of creamy chocolate. Just a slight sweetness to this one, but tastes synthetic. Fairly well made though, especially for this brewery. goldtwins (4080), Nesconset, New York, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 4, 2008 Bottle. Creamed amaretto, vanilla, almonds and chocolate in the nose, perfume-like at times but overall enjoyable. Smooth and resinous texture is welcomed. Vanilla is heavy but fresh, vibrant and delicious. Roast is minimal, little to no bitterness, little to no astringency. Could benefit from some more roast malt character, but overall it is a decent desert beer when consumed fresh. milljam (569), Norman, Oklahoma, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 30, 2009 Lots and lots of vanilla. Unfortunately, not much else. It was good at first, but the more I drank the less I liked it. Needs some more dimension. WickerBrew (312), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Sweet desert beer that went down smooth. Not too thick, I was able to take down 2 bottles. Probably not a high enough ABV, but it might get too big then.
