Bottle - Deep dark copper body with a creamy beige head; Very sweet malty carameled nose, some rye bread aromas behind; Soft right carbonation on bitter sweet body, a little to sweet, very pleasant; The sweetness continues in pleasant finish, light malt bitter. Not bad a all.

aroma:strong cellared beer / licorice / classic aroma.slight roasted somethings.
dark brown, fine small light brown head,
flavor is roasted raisins, prunes etc. but well mixed, no fruity overall feeling to it. somehow comes off as watery or diluted. but still relatively well balanced. also comes of as a bit simple, lacks complexity.

Jul 14, 2008 Bottled (thanks Papsoe). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is quite much wood along with some hints of yeast. Flavour is wood, some sour berries, yeast and much grass. Dry wooden aftertaste. Poor brunnsbe did get a bug from the bottle in his beerglass.
