Deliciously bitter; herby hop aroma and a delayed but rewarding bitter finish on a fairly textured mouthfeel. MesandSim (5939), London, Greater London, England
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 13, 2009 A Mes rate: cask at the Rake. Ordered this as the Paris Hilton beer as that’s what I saw on the pump clip. The beer is almost as bad as the "woman". Almost. Ok, it’s actually much better. Clean gold with a thin white head. Plenty of lace and condition. Big citric fruity notes with a slight lemon acidity and sourness. Meaty finish with some late bitterness. Rather unrefined and not particularly special. Pump clip is no doubt designed to appeal to tubby old weirdy beardies...

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 1, 2009 Cask conditioned gravity dispense Victoria Inn Northampton. A golden coloured beer with a loose white head. The aroma is spritzy and fruity. The taste has tropical fruit and pineapple. No noticeable cascades to me, instead a bittersweet taste with reasonably heavy carbonation.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 1, 2008 Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Gold with a small white head. Floral hop aroma. Taste has some caramel, but the main impression is a gentle fruitiness. Some bitterness. This is an agreeable beer, though the pumpclip mentioned in the commercial description is quite degrading. ’Nuff said’.
