Peu de broue. Un peu d’effervescence. Un goût acre. Je préfère une blanche plus douce.

Had all of the unpleasant qualities of a wheat beer, i.e. funky ester/fruit flavors, and none of the good qualities. There was a subtle lemon flavor, but it’s like the yeast went rogue in the bottle and decided to take all the good flavor hostage. Not terrible, but probably not worthy of a revisit.

Bottle: Poured a flat yellow color ale with no carbonation no head and subsequently no lacing. Aroma of sour malt is disgusting. Taste is a mix between some sour malt with some notes of chemically sweet malt. Thin body with no carbonation. The fact that I had a fresh bottle makes me wonder how bad an aged bottle f this can be…

Absolutely nothing good to say about this one. It might have been infected though. Just awefull.

Bouteille.
