SimonPatrice (312), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Mar 4, 2003 Updated: Jun 15, 2003Unlike dhurtubise and Martin I quite liked the beer. I've been told the brewery is quite inconsistent. Mine had a hazy peachy color, it's was spritzy, citrusy qith some wheat acidity in the finish but a bit metallic. Not the best beer I've tasted but still good. tupalev (2337), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jan 12, 2006 Medium yellow, small white head. Stale hops, lemon, yeast aroma. Refreshing lemon taste, with more yeast. Bland. Medium body, some carbonation (not enough). Not bad, thanks R. blankboy (2687), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jan 12, 2006 Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, tupalev and R. -- courtesy of R. Pours a bubbly somewhat hazy pale yellow with a small diminishing white head. Mild aroma of yeast, lemons and coriander. The flavour has a decent spicy Witbier flavour. Thin bodied. In my opinion it’s nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be but it’s only decent at best. GregClow (2369), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jan 11, 2006 Updated: Jan 13, 2006Bottle shared with blankboy, HogTownHarry, tupalev & R. - thanks to R. Very pale gold colour, clear at first, but quite hazy after a second pour. Aroma is quite yeasty and lemony, with a bit of funkiness. Flavour is mellow with notes of yeast, corriander and lemon. I didn’t find it as bland and offensive as most of the raters here, but it was still nothing special. (Rating #543)
