Commercial Description:
Translated by Rastacouere: "Bottle-conditioned craft brewed wheat based beer. Unfiltered, therefore naturally cloudy. Unpasteurized to keep its lively character, giving it, when kept from heat and light, a rich nose of aromatic alcohols."

22 oz bottle, via goldorak. Pours a clear yellow gold body under a bright white fizzy head that disappeared immediately. Looks much more like an American Wheat or a Pils. The nose reveals a slight sourness, but otherwise incredibly clean smelling, which is not so good for a Gueuze. Smells like an infected Golden Ale or Wheat beer. The flavor screams "don’t call me a Gueuze". It’s actually an interesting Wheat Ale, lightly fruity up front with a unique slightly dry almost brett-like funkiness. Mouthfeel is light bodied and actually quite refreshing with a spritzy finish. Moderate fizzy carbonation. If this were a Wheat Ale, it would actually score pretty decent, but as a Gueuze it’s just a travesty. At least I can say I’ve had the best and the worst of the style!

Bouteille.

Bottle: Poured a bright clear golden color beer with a nice little pure white foamy head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of weak sweet malt with some subtle yeast. I could not detect any sourness, tart, oak or any other aromas linked to the style. Taste is also more similar to a light Belgian ale then a gueuze. If I was to rate to style this would be a 0.5/5 but since I’m not this is probably very similar to a light Belgian ale lacking character.

This is reportedly the world’s worst geuze. I found it rather weak, then again there are Belgian so-called-geuzes that are mediocre too. Very bubbly head, it is very sweet with little but sugary and apple juice/cider taste, and an acidic finish.Aggressively carbonated like a club soda.
