Dec 18, 2007 Draft at Brew It Up! Small off-white head that quickly dissipated, no lacing, hazy, and a pale yellow hue. Nose was sweet, orange peel, coriander, and light spice notes. Ditto for the flavor with a dry finish. Mouthfeel was smooth and dry. Light body. Overall, a one-dimensional brew and nothing really stood out about this one. Just a ho-hum brew.

Oct 9, 2007 Bottle from the brewpub. Aroma of spice, wheat, and banana? Hazy orangy gold color with a decent white head. Thinnish in body with light, but creamy, carbonation. Flavor starts with wheat, has a spice component, and likely a bit of citrus. The finish is dry, seems like citrus, and has a certain fruity bitterness. Clean and refreshing.

Aug 4, 2007 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of large sized white colored bubbles that were fully diminished and left behind a hazy no visible carbonation dark yellow colored body and a poor lacing. The aroma was bready wheat fruity and nutty. The thin watery mouth feel was untingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of dough and wheat. Not one that I would likely buy again.
