Aroma: The nose has lots of pine citrus, and resiny hops with some toasty caramel
Appearance: A mostly clear orange-copper color with a bubbly white head
Flavor: Taste has a mild sweetness up-front, but is overpowered by the strong bitter finish
Palate: The body is medium with a somewhat dry and sticky mouthfeel
Overall Impression:
Overall, this is a very nice example of the APA style. The taste is decent, but the nose is really quite nice, and make the beer in my opinion. I really liked what I was getting even before taking a sip of this one. A nice;y done beer, here. jcos (55), Maryland, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 17, 2009 Nice clean hoppy aroma. Pours a clear amber, with a lot of visible carbonation, and a large white head. Caramel malts are the predominant flavor, with just a bit of hop bitterness coming through, with a touch of pine in the finish. Very drinkable, with a nice balance. Maddog (248), Kettering, Ohio, USA

The flavor is malty with piney hops and some spice. A very easy drinking, good pale ale. hopson (595), Williamsville, New York, USA
