Dark gold. It’s a bit hazy at the beginning as the yeast has settled. At the end of the bottle, it gets cloudier. Beautiful aroma. Ripe bananas, bubblegum, orange and coriander. Slight phenols. Flowery. The wheat provides a firm background to the soft fruitiness of the esters and spicing of the orange peel and coriander, although the esters almost overpower the spice. Really seems more like a spiced hefeweizen than a witbier, but it’s tasty.

Hazy golden; poured with a huge head that slowly settled, very nice lacing. Coriander is the predominant spice, some other herbs, citrus. Taste is light but flavorful - orange, lemon tartness, clove, coriander. finishes with a light orange peel bitterness. Even though the body seems thin, this is a very refreshing beer.

Bottle: Hazy light amber hue with fizzy fading head and some lace. The aroma has notes of coriander, juniper berries, orange zest, lemongrass, wheat, and floral hops. The taste is citric and spicy but fades too quickly for my liking. A yeasty and wheaty background on the finish. The feel is watery and crisp, dry. Overall, I have had worse and at least it’s truer to style than some American brewed Witbiers.

Bottle: Lightly hazy medium gold w/ a lasting off white head. Coriander very prominent in the nose, wheat malt, light clove, very light orange citrus. Well balanced with a slightly tart flavor, some orange, wheat malt, and yeast spice flavors. Finish is dry and lightly citrusy. Mouthfeel is a little more than dry, borderline chalky and astringent, and highly carbonated. Not a bad Wit, but it seems a little toned down to Belgian counterparts with less of a smooth mouthfeel
