Nose is bready with lemongrass and the enticing promise of hops. Sharply and refreshingly bitter flavor with slight lemony tang. Cleanly bitter aftertaste. A real quencher with oomph. Nice. Comments: A fantastic pilsner. Very fresh, firm body that would fit an ale, yet crispier in its moderate hoppiness. Noble, refreshing, tasty. Perhaps a kick of extra dryness would make it even better.

Mealy floral aroma of light malts with spicy notes. Lovely dry spicy floral mealy taste of light malts. Very aromatic. Very delicate and clean, and wonderfully harmonic. Dry mealy aftertaste with light rubbery notes. An excellent pils, one of the best I’ve tried. (0.1l taster at the brewpub.)
