Oct 27, 2008 Draft at brewpub pours pale gold with decent white head. Nose is bready with lemongrass and the enticing promise of hops. Sharply and refreshingly bitter flavor with slight lemony tang. Cleanly bitter aftertaste. A real quencher with oomph. Nice.

Aug 8, 2008 (6/18/08) Draught sample at the brewpub in Berlin. Clear golden with very light haze and a white head. Aroma is malty with hints of hops and a bit of yeast. Sweetish flavor at first followed by a bitter hoppy finish. Medium-bodied. OK

Jun 26, 2008 Draught at the brewpub. An outstanding pils. Well balanced, a nice hoppy pils. Soft body, found moutgh feel, yet a crisp dry aftertaste.
Well worth seeking out!

Slight shady straw color, white head. Fresh, spicy, hoppy scent. Yeasty, spicy, hoppy fresh taste. Very nice! Moussy mouthfeel, sweet and herbal aftertaste. Very nice pils, I like a lot!

Comments: A fantastic pilsner. Very fresh, firm body that would fit an ale, yet crispier in its moderate hoppiness. Noble, refreshing, tasty. Perhaps a kick of extra dryness would make it even better.

Oct 15, 2007 Small fine-laced white head does not last. Slightly hazy pale yellow body. Mealy floral aroma of light malts with spicy notes. Lovely dry spicy floral mealy taste of light malts. Very aromatic. Very delicate and clean, and wonderfully harmonic. Dry mealy aftertaste with light rubbery notes. An excellent pils, one of the best I’ve tried. (0.1l taster at the brewpub.)
