Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy sour citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration.
This is a very drinkable beer and my expectations where met.

Mar 17, 2009 66cl bottle. Orange with a lasting white head. Cadied grapefruit, tangerine, doughy pastry, and light spice in the aroma. The flavor is medium-sweet dough and honey malt, with lots of citrus and a medium-strong bitter finish. Very light alcohol, but enough body to indicate it’s strength, though it is not thick by any measure. There is a great balance between malt and hops, though the hops dominate slightly in the finish, as it should be in the style. Definitely a lot of American influence in this one.

Mar 15, 2009 A good hearty looking beer. Strong aromas here containing but not entirely restricted to: Marzipan, mango, confectioners banana, hops, sherry, butter and brandy. In the mouth the mango really hits hard with a slight metallic edge. It’s very sweet and sticky. Intensely rich also with some bitterness buy a thick fruity sweetness in the finish. Thick and boozy. Pretty special if a little odd.

Mar 13, 2009 Cask, Leicester Fest 09. Lightly hazy gold with a thin head. Aromas are sweet grapefruit with lots of herbal and medicinal notes. Boozy with sweet floral hops. Flavours are sweet citrus with herbal, floral notes. Spicy with a deep honey sweetness. Bitter grapefruit and spices with lots of peppery notes. Strong alcohol. As big and brash as you would expect from Brewdog.

Cask, Derby Winter Fest 08. Hazy gold with a white foam. Aromas are woody with crystalised sugar. Alcohol and spicy hops. Some caramel. Flavours are sweet caramel and Autumn fruit with some citrus. Woody with a viscous palate. Hoppy and dry on the finish with more alcohol following. A little disappointing.

Feb 26, 2009 Bottle. golden- orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is citrus, hop, grapefruit, malt. Flavour is sweet, citrus, hop, grapefruit, malt, hop. Fullbodied nice beer.

Feb 22, 2009 Hazy light amber pour with a thin white head. Soapy earthy citrus hop aroma. Smooth malt with a big citrus bitter hop taste. Very smooth with just a hint of bitter hops in the finish.

Feb 21, 2009 Bottle courtesy of BOLTZ7555 – thanks Jason! Pours a dark gold with a creamy one finger off-white head that leaves nice lacing. The nose is caramel and floral hops. The taste is sweet caramel malt, sweet citrus and light resin in the finish. Medium bodied. A tad sweet for my tastes, but not a bad IPA.

Feb 19, 2009 Bottle. Pours a deep golden with a moderate frothy white head. Aroma of caramel malt and som hops. Strong hoppy bitter flavour, start sweet, and turns into acid.
