Hazy yellow with a small head, some lacings. Aroma heavy malty (caramel) and hoppy (citrus notes). Flavor heavy sweet and bitter, despite that smooth. Full body. Delicious.

Pours a clear light amber with a big, thick creamy head. Great retention. Leaves swathes of lacing. Aroma is cinnamon apples, spicy hops, apple cider vinegar. Taste is black pepper, English hops. Dry, bitter throughout. Unbalanced. It was fun to drink and had a lot of bite but misses the typical caramel and fruitiness for the style. jcwattsrugger (5541), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

Best Before 21/11/10 Batch# ?09 Pretty excited to try my first beer from these guys after hearing a lot about them. Pours a pale, slightly hazy golden/orange body with a small white head. Nice aroma of cherry, pine, flowers, with some funky earthy notes. Flavor is hoppy, bitter with some good malty and fruity notes. Medium bodied, short finish. Alcohol is hidden well. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Dec 8, 2009 Bomber from Whole Foods (Tampa, FL). Pours a slightly hazy golden to amber color with thin white head that leaves slight lacing on the glass. Aroma is sweet and floral with notes of floral hops, citrus, grapefruit, light pine, spice, hints of malty caramel. Flavor is hoppy from the start with notes of grapefruit, pine, honey, light spice. Medium body with a bitter hop finish. Seems like it needs a stronger malt backbone.
