In the meantime could all raters ensure that they note which version they had in their rating to facilitate a split in due course, should that de deemed necessary. Whether you had the "new" or "old" version can be determined by reference to the batch number and the best before date. The newest batch is 037 and the BBD 03/09/10 (British dating) anything before this date or batch is the old version.

Bottle at home - at election night. Clear golden - small white head. Light light malty, high high hoppy, grass, citrus zest, grape, peppermint, perfumed, sweaty. A bit too harsh hoppy - needs some malty sweetness.

(Bottled) Clear golden with a small, bubbly but partly lasting head. Mild, citrus-exotic-fruity, pilsnery-hoppy aroma. Sweetish-honey-malty base with lots of grapefruit-citrusy hops thrown in. The hoppiness is pretty mild, though, and feels almost like filtered Belgian tripel with added Czech-style pilsner hops. The alcohol is present, but pretty well hidden. Medium-bodied, low-carbonated palate. Quite a disappointment, and not even a double IPA, IMO...

Bottle: Clear gold with a off white bubbly head. Strong aroma of hops - piney, flowery, peach, grapefruit & orange. Flavor has warmth & a good amount of bitter hops. Reminds me of something in between Wintercoat Double hop & Mikkellers Hop Juice. Body is light thin - not much malty balance though its also sweet & sticky .Lasting bitter end! Slightly disappointed!

Glad someone shared this one with me. Pours a golden body with a white head. Floral honey hoppiness with some grapefruit and pine. Nice alcohol warming with a mild bitterness. Decent.

Thanks to a rep for leaving our store a sample. Gold color with a medium head. Big tangerine aroma, finishing with grapefruit and a little acidic bitterness. The flavor is fantastic... A buttery smooth grain base completely awash in rich tangerines. Light bitterness. It seems that all the hops were added as flavoring, not bittering. So friggin delicious and horribly underrated.

Draught at Ølbaren, on July 11, 2009
Clear golden color, dense tan head. Cheese scent, mostly "grønmøgelost". Hoppy and cheese taste. Long lasting bitterness and cheese aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, high bitterness.
