| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 3, 2008 Cloudy light gold body with a bright white head. The aroma has some nice fresh baked bread and hints of orange flowers. Very subtle in the hopping, especially as they want this to be considered a IIPA. The taste is bread crust and iced tea. There is also a little bit of orange peel, but it is subtle. I would consider this more of a big amber rather than an IIPA. Still, a decent and very drinkable beer.
