33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow/orange with a white head. Peach fruity and solid caramel malt flavour. Sweet malt flavour, slight dark towards mild smoked. Fruity hops lingering on top and lifting the brew up. Nice balance. Solid bitterness into the finish. Very nice.

From the new 22.4 oz bottle. Best before 10/29/10. Purchased for 5.99, a lot cheaper than these use to be. Pretty good stuff actually, better than I expected it to be. very drinkable IIPA. Not too bitter and not too sweet. A solid bitterness lingers on the tongue though. A light piney and earthy flavor to this one. Pretty solid IIPA that I would drink again if i know its fresh.

Bottle: Poured a coppery amber with a light white head. The aroma is Fruit with a very hoppy nose tingling smell. The taste is hoppy and acidic on my tongue, very impressive. Finish is a dry bitter, but pleasant as well! What a first night in Glasgow....Karl even likes it.

Pours pure deep gold with white head. The aroma begins with moderate amounts of lightly roasted malts and then quickly moves to floral hops, sweet orange juice and hop earthiness. The taste starts with a nice thick mouth feel bringing in sweet malts mixed with floral hops that slowly become sweet orange juice and then turning more and more toward citrus hop bitterness. The flavor remains sort of even yet increasingly bitter with hops as the finish approaches. Not a favorite IIPA and due to the price I most likely won’t have a chance to try it again.

22.4oz bottle from batch 207 poured into a Snifter at 45°. Color is a hazy yellow orange average carbonation and a very thin head. Aroma is light with the hops showing a flowery citrus and a metallic scent on top. Starting with a bold medium bold it goes down with a sticky feel that gives a slight sharp nip on the end. Finish is rich with caramel, honey and pear then a nice bitterness rolls in with a light pine and grapefruit taste. In the after taste there is a mild bitterness but leaves you slightly clean with just a hint of alcohol. Overall this is a kick ass Imp. IPA, rich feel, even bitterness and very light on the citrus.

Bottle. Clear golden, almost orange, with thin head. Intense hop aroma that is complex and very appealing with hints of stone fruit. Full body with medium carbonation. Intense flavours that commands your full attention. It starts with a complex full fruity mix and metamorphoses into a huge hoppy bitter finish with a hardcore alcohol undrtone with the bitter finish lasting and lasting. An exceptional beer but not one for everyday - really a showpiece of what is possible - a bit extreme really.
