Commercial Description:
Bottled;
Oblivious to accountant’s interfering and conventional corporate wisdom we do not cut corners like other Lager producers and use malt substitutes like corn and rice to keep our costs down. Our Lager has 100% malt base providing an fresh, sharp initial sweetness and a body and flavour, which endures where others prematurely disappear into a watery bland grave. A combination of the finest German and New Zealand hops add subtle tropical fruit notes and add complexity and depth to this most statuesque of Lagers.

Bottle - Crystal clear golden with thin white head. Sharp citric aroma with a hint of peaches and prunes, also get awet hay aroma. Raisin and hop flavour, soft bitterness and a lingering dried fruit finish. Light bodied and smooth, very nice!

330 ml bottle@Olympen, Oslo. Thin white head. Brilliant copper brown color. Aroma is dry and quite sharp metallic, faint malty, with a modest fruity and hayish hop presence. Light malt body, kind of sharp, or maybe tight. Earthy hop bitterness. Light-bodied and almost watery in the mouth. Bitterish finish with a certain crispness. Not very exciting.

Bottle. from Hogs Back Brewey shop. Pours a clear golden colour with a thin white head. Has a real fruity hoppy aroma with plenty of grass. The taste is a sweet malty hoppy bitter flavor. The finish is long bitter aftertaste.

Medium offwhite shiny lasting head. Amber body with carbonation. Dusty straw and fruit hop aroma with floral notes. Light, harmonic, and yet full of flavour. Dry-sweetish golden floral taste with faint acidic tinge. Mid-bodied. Dusty mouthfeel. Dry fruity floral aftertaste with grain notes. Unusual, nice, and imperfect. Suspect this bottle is not in perfect form. Will rerate. (0.33l bottle, Olympen, Oslo.)

Bottle from the Bottle Stop, Bramhall, Cheshire. Brewdog don’t usually let me down and for a lager, bob on boys. Bordering on an IPA, citrus, bitter finish and hoppy. Light carbonation. If the English have to drink lager, please could this be the one? Knocks other lagers into a cocked hat. Good work again Brewdog.
