Commercial Description:
Bottled;
Oblivious to accountant’s interfering and conventional corporate wisdom we do not cut corners like other Lager producers and use malt substitutes like corn and rice to keep our costs down. Our Lager has 100% malt base providing an fresh, sharp initial sweetness and a body and flavour, which endures where others prematurely disappear into a watery bland grave. A combination of the finest German and New Zealand hops add subtle tropical fruit notes and add complexity and depth to this most statuesque of Lagers.

Bottled. Clear yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma very strong of butter. Taste butter as well, with a bitter, oily finish.

330ml bottle, at home with renffisch, 17th June 2008. Good vanilla & grassy hop nose but a very light straw colour, which looks rather watery. Well balanced in the mouth though - creamy sweetness and dry floral hops. Lovely soft, long finish. I wish it came in a bigger bottle!

bottle from realale limited. Hop galore, very grassy nose with lots of leather and cardboard. lightest yellow, big bubbly white rim. Very very dry for a lager, but in a very good way. Sturdy backbone with a grassy finish. lovely beer.

330ml bottle bought at Utobeer, Borough Market. Rich rocky, white head with long duration and nice lacing on the glass. Late straw coloured body with a slight haze. Soft hoppy nose with smell of fresh fruits. Flavoured with initial tangy hops supported by hints of delicate malts. Rounded, dry bitter ending. Well bodied and moreish. One of my best lagers so far (enjoyed at home in Tromsø watching Eurosong on TV, 24.05.2008)

Clear pale golden, small white head. Grainy malty nose with slight fruity hops. Slightly sweet malty flavor, exotic fruity hops and little grain. Clean bitter finish. Light and fruity, might try again to see if that grain belongs there or not.
