Bottled (from Utobeer, no batch number). Deep amber color, small but steady beige head, lace. Strong resiny, pine aroma with some grassy-fruity notes. Very hoppy, bitter resin and pine hoppy with exotic fruity notes. And doesn’t feel watery despite of 3.5% - background has some caramel malts with hints of smoke or ash. Nice to have an American DIPA without getting stoned!

Bottle from Ølbutikken - 33cl. ours a clear brownish-red with a light tanned head... had expected this one golden..The nose is hoppy as hell. Some passion fruit, a little fart, and orange-peel, The mouthfeel is smooth but light and thus very drinkable. Its very bitter with light vanilla and caramel and a smooth hoppyness that lasts . Its not all disappeared...its pretty much alive and rocking. One of the best light beers I´ve had...

Bottle. Copper with a lacing head. Piney and passion fruit hops aroma. Intensely bitter flavours, exotic fruits in the drivers seat. Inmpressive for such a low ABV beer!

33cl bottle @ VinensVerden, Odense. Pours amber orange with a creamy head and lacings. Nose is Caramel, pine and overall lots of exotic fruity hops. Taste is hoppy fruity orange and a bit of wood. Medium bodied. Crisp and super dry taste. Long end. Quite amazing for a 3,5% beer.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear amber with a small off-white head and lacings. Smells of hops and berries. Quite bitter with a veery complex variety of aromas. Among others: Citric hops, roasted malts, loads of pine, caramel, some resin, hints of old sweat earth. Hides alcohol well... No, wait... Hides low content of alcohol well. Medium bodied. Medium to high carbonation. Long and very bitter finish. Much more interesting than enjoyable.

330ml bottle purchased at Utobeer and shared with Finn H. and Arild. Clear amber body colour, topped by a moderate, off-white head. Inviting aroma of hops and caramel malts. Hoppy sharpness at first then followed by pine and citrus with sweet malts beneath. Thin bodied but strong citrus bitterness to the finish. A session beer with lots of taste (London, 02.08.2009).

Clear deep amber with a fairly big off white lasting head. Aroma was packed with hops, grapefruit and pine. Incred. Stunning mount of hops in that 3.5% beer. Found lemons, grapefruits, pine and caramel notes. Bloody amazing for a 3.5% beer. Definitely my new session beer! Awesome work BrewDog!
