| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 12, 2009 Dark brown color; just a few bubbles on the surface. The aroma is intensely vanilla. It has a good and sweet caramel flavor, complemented by chocolate and the oak vanilla. More chocolate in the end. Unfortunately in the late palate there is a strange, dry, metallic touch. Pleasant but not exciting.
