Golden pour with a small head.
Fresh, crisp, hoppy aroma of passionfruit, grapefruit and lychee with sweet caramel malt and honey in the background.
Flavours are similar in the way of fruit and a strong sweet malty hit, but the a solid bitterness comes out of left field and blows you away. Powerful stuff.
Light carbonation (could have done with more for a more refreshing finish) and body.

Dec 24, 2009 Darkish straw in colour with small head. Fresh hop aroma of tropical fruits with some light clean malt aroma too. Medium bodied with good malt/hop balance, medium bitterness, finishes slightly salty. An easyd rinking style pale ale more like a lager in texture and body, but enjoyable all the same.

Dec 23, 2009 Butterscotch aroma, light amber pour with white head. Aroma could be a result of a long ship to Oz but that is the aroma. Flavour is a mix of tropical fruit that finishes with an assertive bitter finish. Does a remarkable job with only 4.1% abv

Dec 4, 2009 [330ml bottle, gift from my wife - thankyou!] Pours orangey-gold with a thin white head. Slight fizz. Fresh hop and tropical fruit aroma with some maltiness behind. Big hit of grapefruit bitterness on first taste, before tropical fruit and candied lemon peel flavours start to come through. Bitterness dominates, with pine emerging in the aftertaste. Good stuff, but like Punk it’s just a nadge too bitter for me.

Dec 4, 2009 Bottle @ HJ Hansen, Odense. Pours clear golden with a small creamy off white bubbly head and lacings. Nose is floral hops and a bit of buiscuit. Flavor has tropical fruity hops with some malty buiscuit. Very bitter, dry and crisp. Smooth and very drinakble.

Dec 2, 2009 33cl from Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Clear and filtered pale yellow pour with a thin sporadious white head. Rather fruity aroma with some hops malt. I smell somthink like apricots, citric fruits and walnuts. The taste is light with a watery palate. There is way more taste in Brewdogs Nanny Staty that holds 1,1 % alcohol than in this - a bit disappointing. There is a cleay light bitter and hoppy profile with metallic undertones. Bitter and watery in the finish. The best thing to be said is that it is easely drinakable..and thats not a bad thing.

Nov 30, 2009 Sent by BrewDog in a big box for buying 20 beers from Sainsbury’s.
Golden colour with a big fluffy white head. Big fresh floral and citrus hops smell, with some biscuity malt underpinning it all. Very appetising. Big sweet malt flavour with bitter hops slowly coming in resulting in a dry finish. Lemon and grapefruit. Very decent, one of BrewDogs more ’just tasty’ brews, with less extreme. Still BIG though.

Nov 29, 2009 Bottle. Low and quickly diasppearing white fluffy head. Clear golden body. Fruity honey sweet malt aroma. Dry and hoppy piny malt aroma with a nice bitterness that stays long. Low carbonation.

Nov 26, 2009 330 ml bottle. Golden color, white head. Wood shaving and hop aroma. Dry, bitter flavor with woody hops and a hint of grapefruit. Medium body, medium carbonation. Lots of flavor for the low ABV, nice job.
