The hops are imported Czech Saaz, which give a nice firm bitterness in the beginning of the taste and leave a pleasant lingering hop finish. It has a dark straw color with a white foam.

Rich, malty aroma combined with huge floral notes. The nose also holds lesser hints of honey and caramel. This beer has a deeply golden hue. Medium-sized white head which is mostly lasting and leaves an excellent lacing. The flavor starts moderately malty, lightly tart and lightly bitter. Interesting hops. The flavor remains lightly tart and lightly bitter on the backside. Perfectly balanced. Medium-bodied with a watery mouthfeel. Lively carbonation. Medium-length, lightly tart and crisp finish. Very good beer. Goes excellently with their wood-fired pizza.
