Very clear, dark oak color. Filmy-beady head. Stewed fruit, lightly vinegraic malt aroma. Very sweet, syrupy tart. Light bittering. Mouthy with a fruity aftertaste. Well done, but not my style. Very fruity.

Sampled on tap at the brewery. The beer was a dark amber-brown color with a small to medium white head that had decent retention. The aroma was a mixture of wheat, yeast, and some lighter fruity and floral hop notes. It had an interesting flavor, which was mostly sweet, but also had a nice, sour counterpart. The body was full and somewhat wet, with some wheaty characteristics; medium carbonation and fizzyness.

Dark brown color, tan colored head. Nose of banana bread and some cloves, some grains, sweet and fruity as well with some maple and brown sugar qualities. Taste is very sweet, very thick and vinuous, undercarbonated, estery bananas and clove all over this one. A decent weizen bock, par for the course.
