Commercial Description:
This beer is partially filtered, leaving a thin veal of haze through which the honey colored elixir can be seen. The bouquet has a rich, floral hop aroma mixed with a little hop spicyness and a sweet malt note. There is enough hop flavor in this beer that you can actually taste the non-bitter elements of hop taste.

This beer rocks! Slightly hazy yellow ale. Large, creamy, white head. Good, thick lacing. The nose is malty with notes of butterscotch and toffee. Also, lots of citrusy hops. Very well-bittered and well-balanced. Lemon rind and grapefruit. A touch on the thin side. Light-bodied with a fizzy mouthfeel. Long, bitter, acidic and tart finish... yet crisp. Very nice effort! Perfect Summer brew for hopheads!
