Commercial Description:
A very pale beer brewed as a lager and which has a crisp, assertive Czechoslovakian Saaz hop character. This beer took 6 weeks to produce because the strain of yeast we used has a slow and cold fermentation, which results in a very smooth beer. (July and August)

Aroma was pils malt with a kiss of hops. gold with a white head with slightly low retention. Flavor is very complex, malty up front, with slight diacityl in the middle. Finishes with minty hops and a touch of caramel. medium bodied. Excellent.

Bottle - A very enjoyable Pilsner from Frederick. Amber colored with a doughy flavor and enough hop bitterness to make this a real nice brew.

12 oz bottle-clear amber color w/a slight head. Bitter hop aromas. Strong bitter hop flavor, kind of one dementonal, had some traces of grass & grain. Pretty average, at best. Long dry, crisp, bitter finish.

Aroma - Grains, hay, grass, faint floral hops

Appearance - Clear gold, small, fleeting, foamy white head

Flavor - Light maltiness, rather vague bitterness, and a slight soapy aftertaste

Palate - Light body, a little thin but not watery, clean, dry

Overall - Pleasant enough, but just lacking in a few areas, and with this rather delicate style, small issues are more obvious.

on tap-pours a thin off white head that laces and pale yellow color. Aroma has off notes, grain, continental hops (tettnang and saaz?). Taste has off notes, grain/light malt-bready/grassy, continental hops (tettnang and saaz?). It is crisp and dry.

From draught sample at the brewpub. Light pilsner malt sweetness, a touch of something herbal, like a pleasant soap along with mild hoppy grassiness. Clear pale yellow with a creamy white lacing head. Medium watery body with light carbonation. Starts with nice crisp punch, light pilsner malt sweetness and a hint of acidity. Beany hops at the finish, with medium bitter character to round out the swallow. Light bitter after, almost like a classic German pilsener. Clean and refreshing.

Thanks to bstill for bringing these to the campout. Nice pale golden color with a nice white head. Aroma is very doughy and bready with some cream of wheat and good herbal hop spiciness as well. Good light toasted amlts, but moslty pils, fresh baked bread and hints of wheat. Good crisp hop bitterness and incredibly smooth. Pretty nice bottled pilsner from a brand I had never heard of. I was pleasantly surprised.

Thanks to Ken for this one. Clear golden body. Aroma is light honey, bit of grass. Flavor is bitter mostly in the back on the finish, floral, sweet, honey, almost roasted bitter.
