Pretty good fruit beer. Color rich...reddish wine. Slight cherry aroma, with a tart cherry flavor. Good, but I prefer Oliver’s Cherry Blossom ale a slight bit more.

Murky, reddish brown appearance with a tart, fruity aroma. The added sour cherry flavor compliments the ale without overpowering it. Hops and malts also seem pretty well harmonized. Lively carbonation with a moderately acidic finish.

Dark brown-red pour with a white head. A little bit of funk on the aroma, but otherwise dominated by cherries. Some creaminess as well. Sour cherry flavor with cream and spice, perhaps cinnamon. Woody finish.

Poured a brownish red color with a small head, but no lacing. Very mild, almost non-existant funky cherry aroma. Taste cherry taste, possibly some diactyl? with a watery, but over carbonated mouthfeel.

not oen of the better ones from ba. there was a tiny hint of cheery but the sourness took away from the whole beer. medium bodied for such a dark beer, finishes with a strange aftertaste.

Draft, BCTC 2007. Pours a murky, orangish-brown color; off-white head with good retention and tight lacing. Dense, moldy fruits and sugar in the aroma. Medium mouthfeel: overripe apples and some cinnamon; light spice, but mostly bland overall. Medium, apple and overripe fruit finish.

Isn't this just a mild tweak on their Resurrection? Not a "Flemish Sour" at all. Very minor cherry presence and no sourness at all. Don't know what statement their are trying to make. You can do better when at Brewer's Art.

Disappointing as a flemish sour. Tastes like their resurrection with some medicinal cherry syrup. The sourness is really lacking and the cherry is nor prominent. Drinkable as something different but not a great seasonal effort.
