Oct 7, 2009 On tap @ The Brewers Art. Clear amber with no head. Spicy aroma of cardamom with some Belgian yeast and a slight perfume scent. Sweet malty base with a sourness from the yeast and a bit of bitterness from the spices. Medium body with a mild carbonation. The spices add a nice flavor to this one.

Feb 22, 2009 A good amber ale with no head. Ethylic aroma, wet dough and gree aples. In mouth, a sweet candy sugar with orange peels, cardamom, a bit murky, and lacking body, but still decent. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 28 2008.
