Tulip Glass, from bottle. Golden orange color, with a huge fluffy white head. Sweet yeasty aroma, with a light malt and hints of freshly broken peppercorn. Big boozy tripel with fruity tones of apple, with aftertaste of freshly ground pepper. Peppery without being overpowering. Foamy mouthfeel with a boozy warmth.

750ml tightly corked bottle that aged a good year or so in a dark closet before its opening. Fascinating aroma of pepper and Belgianity. Pours a murky golden orange color, with an impressive lively head. The sweet candi sugar sweetness and the peppercorns really balance out well. I remember being quite impressed the first time I had this beer at the bar, and I still hold it in high regard. The fact that Brewers Art beers arent all over the MD top ten is pretty ridiculous. Excellent balanced Tripel, with a great peppery yeasty finish.
