LCRBM08 75 cL bottle, courtesy of bierkoning. Pours unclear orange with a diminished white head. Spiced and sweet aroma. Sweet malty, caramel and with a mild pepperish bite on the back of the tongue. Smooth and warming finish.

Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, burnt caramel sugar, toffee, pepper notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20081025]

Bottle at LCRBM08. Seemingly clear golden colour. Small white head. Good sweet flavour, spicy with a hint of clove and butter. Swelling mouthfeel. Good spiciness.

Sparkly golden with a thick, rocky foam. Slightly plasticy, spicy nose with light bready pale malts and vague continental hop. Spicy taste - mainly a lot of green peppercorn, but some pale malt, and a whiff of late alcohol. The pepper jazzes up an otherwise dull beer but not enough for me.

Off-white head atop clear apple juice body. Aroma is moderately sweet, bubblegum, some alcohol, light banana. Taste is sweet, alcohol, some caramel, light apple. Fairly dry finish. Medium-full body.

Bottle @ LCRBM 2008. Malty milky aroma with pepper. Firm hopbitter flavor with hazelnuts. Milky and buttery. Peppers noticeable, but well hidden.

(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of sour dough, pepper, apple, clove, and biscuit. Flavor of apple, yeast, candi sugar, and pepper.

750ml bottle. Poured a medium and cloudy golden / yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of yeast, spices, and fruity. Tastes of spices, caramel, fruits, pepper and some candi sugar sweentess.
