Commercial Description:
Our pale ale is the sort of «session» beer found in most bars in Belgium or Holland. Well balanced and mild, it is our most accessible beer.

This one on tap in the celler called Sagittarius was very light pale ale with the twist of belgian yeast. Very nice and drinkable.

A session beer doesn’t necessarily have to be a bland beer, but this one was fairly uninspiring. I understand that not everyone likes knock your socks off flavor all the time, but a little flavor complexity never hurts.

Darkish, clear gold, thin filmy head. Musty, fruity aroma. Yeck, didnt care much for this one. Doughy, lightly tart, perhaps underbittered, but I’ve quit caring. Starchy body, biscuity finish. Some off flavors in there on top of the starch.

Above average and great for a easy-to-drink option, but I like their more complex expressions better. Nice malt foundation. A bit of hops and you’re done.

Reddish. Very mild among pale ales. Nice hop dimensions, but mild. Very drinkable, something I like in a pale ale. (on tap at restaurant)

Copper amber with no head. Mild fresh hop aroma. The malt profile is good but fades quickly. Moderate hop bitterness.

Not an exceptional Pale Ale. Pretty bland and bitter whiel on a tap pour. Nice color though, a ruddy light orange with slight lacing and minial head. I would have expected more hops and less sweet (if even detectable). It’s probably the most blad beer I had tried there.
