The_Beer_God (2798), Newport News, Virginia, USA Apr 12, 2008 Draft at Max’s 72 Hour Belgian Beer Fest. This was on cask, actually. Cloudy brown. Nose is fruity and sweet. Taste is VERY fruity with soft yeast, soft caramel, and light flowery hops. Slick feel to the body that typically comes with cask beers. Soft to no carbonation. Lighter feel overall. Lots more big fruit during the finish. More yeast notes and flowers too. Very tasty!

I really like this style and this is a good representation of it. donvitozou (141), memphis, Tennessee, USA Jul 19, 2006 had once last fall. from tap. pours clear amber. nice hoppy smell. the taste was similar to a blend of the ressurection and ozzy, but not as good. malty and peppery. a decent beer but not one of my favorits boheme (2), USA does not count Oct 4, 2005 satisfying beauty of a beer - the disappointment is that this beer is available for a very brief window of time jgb9348 (1793), Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA Oct 23, 2004 Dark amber coloured body with ruby tints and a thin off-white head. Aroma of hops, caramel, malt, caster sugar and cherries. Medium to Full-bodied; Spicey hoppiness with a strong malt backbone and some sugars. Aftertaste clean and pleasant throughout. Overall, a decent beer-nice from a local brewer, but not the best ever! I sampled this pint on draught at RFD in Washington, D.C. on 20-June-2004 with JonR888710 & Haddon90.
