Oct 9, 2005 On tap at the Kennett Square Brew Fest (connoisseur session). Poured a medium amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Fruity aroma with some yeast. Tastes of apples, pears, spices and light chocolate in the background.

Oct 25, 2005 Cloudy dark amber-orange mounted by a small white head. Husky and bready, toffee-like malt nose that offers waves of Belgian yeastiness hinting at pastry dough, banana, mango, cloves and pepper. Interesting floral and roasty nuances. Finishes a good bit metallic and unpolished, but managing to remain quite dry. Medium bodied, moderately high carbonation, rather alcoholic.

Aug 26, 2008 Bottle... Murky golden ale with orange highlights and a large, rocky, white head. Great retention. Fruity, breadsy aroma. Medium-bodied and sticky with middling carbonation. Sweet, but not cloying in the least. Fruity, yeasty, biscuity. Pale and medium-roast grains. Lengthy, moderately sweet, fuzzy fruit finish.
