The aroma is sweet with light notes of malt and citrus. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of citrus - is it from hops or orange peel? it also has light notes of wheat. I find the flavor a bit thin, but the body is powerful, and the mouthfeel a bit sticky. TomDecapolis (3218), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA

Pale clear yellow, nice head and lacing. Nose of light yeast, wheat and esters, a touch of citrus. The flavor is sweeter with chamomile and jasmine notes. Creamy malts and a snappy lemon, hop and lotion finish. Decent belgian style, needs more carbonation though. Bad on tap. notalush (2691), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 24, 2006 Quite a dry, spicy and hoppy pale belgian ale - slightly funky, barnyard aroma, with copious goldings - slightly citric, with warming spices to compliment the slight alcohol presence - very herbal, tea-like and hoppy, with a bitter, dry finish - pretty unique and nicely done. Gentle alcohol helps the palate. Definitely on the Duvel dimension, nicely done. (on tap at restaurant) weeare138 (936), Collegeville, Pennsylvania, USA

Appears a light gold with a small amount of CO2 rising to the top of the super fluffy white head. Scattered lacing is left around the glass.
Smell is of Pils malt, delicate citrus hops, and sugar.
Taste is of of the aromas with a bitter-sweet flavor that touches upon gentle notes of citrus and candy.
Mouthfeel is smooth, bitter, sugary, and dry.
This one is definitely Duvel-ish...not as complex and certainly more mild.
