Commercial Description:
Our answer to the Belgian «devil» beers (i.e. Lucifer, Duvel, etc.). Both rich and dry, this beer is all too easy to consume in large quantities. Hopped with Styrian Goldings.

I thought this one tasted like it was made with a bit of a skunk-yeast strain and tasted of rotten breadiness. All in a good way though, and it had some light sweetness before finishing very dry.

750ml bottle, big thanks to Swolf3, thank you Steven. Medium gold color, nice white head. Very citrusy, nice lemon aroma. Acidic/citrus flavor, very carbonated, lots of bubbles. Pretty good.

750ml Bottle: Sweet aroma. Smells of yeast, spices, pollen, vegetables, lemon, tea, wet grass, and citrus. Poured yellow/golden in color with a huge, foamy, rocky, off-white head that lasted throughout. Hazy. Very sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of corn, alcohol, light spices, herbal hops, pollen, yeast, honey, and chamomile and jasmine notes. Light to medium body. Slick texture. Lively carbonation. Sweet, herbal, floral, dry finish.

Sampled from a small keg at the Real Ale festival in Bel Air. poured a really neat looking pale yellow with a fair bit of cloudiness. Some banana aroma on the head, but aso some spice and a good biscuit smell. Flavor was nice and smooth with a bit of hop. This was a nice Belgian style.
