Jul 25, 2007 Buttery, diacetyl aroma. Fairly clear yellow. Brit and German hop flavori8ng. Dry, diacetyl. Medium mouth. Spritzy, German hop finish. Unimpressive. Comes off as a Kolsch or Golden Ale rather than ’Belgian’.

Aug 29, 2006 An interesting beast, a Belgian ale at 3.5% I really appreciate that; I like a light abv beer like a mild. Simple, dry, and yellow. A bit too light on the flavors. That’s the genius of a good mild--you don’t have to compromise flavor when you reduce the alcohol. (on tap at restaurant)

Jul 14, 2006 True to the style. Very light and drinkable with enough of a hoppy bite and toffee/caramel maltiness to make most happy. Perfect when one is thirsty but not in search of alcohol.
