Commercial Description: This is my interpretation of a classic, but little known beer style. Pale Ale Base Malt and other British Specialty Malts, as well as British Ale Yeast. Make this ale very authentic.
Tap @ Brewhouse. A cold coffee aroma. Black body with thin tan head with some lacing. Good sweet licorice candy flavor with some bitterness. Smooth easy to drink brew hard to believe it had a 9% alcohol content. Found the alcohol kick on the last swig and then I was a believer.
