The Simcoe hop, a new American hop variety gives this beer its huge hop flavor and pleasant aroma. A new type of malt called Carawheat gives the beer its creamy head and malty sweet finish The beer is brewed with Pale, Carawheat, Caramunich, Aromatic, Chocolate and Black malts, and Simcoe and Centennial hops.
