plovmand (380), Helsinge, Denmark Jun 14, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pitch black with a creamy beige head. Roasted burnt aroma with coffee notes. Flavour is bitter as an espresso with smoky notes from the roasted malts ends up with th e warmth from the alcholhol. Good stuff. Rune (1499), Tromsø, Norway Jun 11, 2008 300ml draught, very much enjoyed early on a sunny Saturday afternoon outdoor in the Brewpub’s gårdhave, Copenhagen. Served at the right drinking temperature. Good looking brownish tophead over an ink black body. Aroma of roasted sweet malts with hints of dark fruits coming through. Taste almost like chocolate cream added coffee beans plus a welcoming alcoholic and long bitter finish. A perfect drink after eating lunch (31.05.2008). charlotte (1108), Vanløse, Denmark Jun 6, 2008 Draught at the Brewpub.Black with medium brown head.Aroma of rosted malt and coffee.feels well balanced and slight oily with some hint of wood.Bitter and nice finish. cellar (261), Dublin, Ireland Jun 3, 2008 Cask.
