Nov 21, 2007 (Cask) Very unclear and opaque dark brown with a small, lacing, beige head. A little flat mouthfeel from the low carbonation. Distinct and authentic raspberry aroma. Medium body with sweet’n’sour raspberry notes and an almost astringently dry finish. Not overly sour or bitter. 081107
