Draught. A brown beer with a beige head. The aroma is fruity and sour, and so is the taste, to sour for my taste. Medium body with a light acid sour finish.

Draught @ Copenhagen Øl Festival. Huge fizzy reddish head that mostly lasted. Excellent display of lacing. Muddy brownish colour. Raspberries and other berries notes. Some citrus and vinegar like notes as well. Seams like a mix of a regular ale and light lambic. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Light sour and sweet flavour. Light acidic raspberries finish. Quit nice.

(On tap) Hazy, reddish orange with an off-white head. Very tart raspberry aroma. Medium body, somewhat flat. Distinct raspberry flavours with lots of Brett and then a fairly astringent sourness in the finish. But an interesting experiment. 130507
