Oct 14, 2007 Clear brown look with a minimal head, actually looks like coca cola. Aroma of roasted grain and chocolate. Flavor is pretty plain and smooth, again with roasted malts dominating and some chocolate notes aswell. Simple porter without any edges.

Sep 16, 2007 Tap. Deep chestnut color with a beige head. Sweet roasted aroma. Sweet roasted light burnt note. Light sour note on a burnt and roasted palate.

Sep 16, 2007 Bottle. Dark, close to black wih a white bubbly head & decent lacings. Nose is very malty, roast chocolate, coffee & caramel. Medium filling body - very smooth & soft. Roast bitter dry end. Simple but very drinkable!

Jul 14, 2007 On tap at Københavnske øldage 07. Black colour with a tan head. Aroma is dry, hop, roasted, coffee. Flavour is dry, coffee, smoked, roasted, hop. nice beer.

Jul 6, 2007 Sample from tap at the brewpub. Pours deep brown with a lacing brown head. Thick malty aroma, leather, with dark toffee notes. Heavy roasted malt flavour with liqourice. Sadly only medium bodied. Citric/bitter twist to the dark notes. Good bitterness into the dark finish.

Burned aroma and with a cafe au lait looking head went me wet. Aroflavor-notes of licorice and coffeechos with a high drinkability!
